The Red Sea Hospitality Pioneers
Overview
Red Sea Global (RSG), in collaboration with the University of Tabuk’s College of Hospitality & Tourism in Al Wajh, is proud to announce the third edition of The Red Sea Hospitality Pioneers program.
This transformative program aims to train and employ local talent in the tourism and hospitality sector. The program will last for two years and six months, after which talents will obtain an intermediate diploma from the University of Tabuk, accredited by Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Objectives & Requirements
This program is designed to prepare students for future jobs by providing a curriculum that combines theoretical knowledge with practical application.
Upon successful completion, RSG and its partners will provide job opportunities to suitable and qualified graduates.

Terms and Conditions
Applicants must:
- • The applicant must be of Saudi nationality.
- • The applicant must provide a medical certificate indicating that they are physically and mentally fit to work in the hospitality field.
- • The applicant must hold a high school diploma (as a full-time regular student) or its equivalent from either within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or abroad.
- • The applicant must register as a full-time student.
- • The applicant must not be accepted into another program or diploma, whether at the University of Tabuk or any other university.
- • The applicant must submit all required documents during the registration phase.
- • Ensure that all information provided in the application is accurate and complete.
- • Sign a commitment letter to work in any of The Red Sea Global destinations with any of its partners for a minimum of 3 years upon graduation.
How to Apply

Select your preferred track
Applicants will have the option to select one of the two tracks (Diploma in Hospitality Management or Diploma in Food and Beverage Management).
The University of Tabuk and Red Sea Global will place applicants according to their selected preference and the availability of seats.

Send required documents
Enter the program information page and submit a new application on Tabuk University’s electronic admission portal.
All required documents must be uploaded as requested. Applications missing any required documents will not be considered.

Interviews
Successful applications are determined according to complex admission criteria and in the order of preference, with available seats.
All interviews will be conducted face-to-face in Al Wajh College of Tourism and Hospitality.

Acceptance to the program
The applicant must follow the online portal to view the results of the nomination, as well as both the initial and final acceptance.
