Establish Marine Protected Area
Create 120,000 jobs
Grow more than 30 million plants by 2030
Deliver a 30% net conservation benefit by 2040 across our destinations

Our team goes above and beyond to protect, enhance, and ensure a sustainable positive impact on our environment and the surrounding local communities and economy. We strive to make a ripple effect here at home and on the travel and luxury tourism industries around the world.
People
Our business is powered by extraordinary employees who embody our transformative vision for sustainable tourism and responsible development, with a hunger to change the status quo.
We are channeling investment and exceptional opportunities into the social and cultural fabric of Saudi Arabia, helping to nurture the careers of ambitious men and women from the Kingdom and beyond.
Planet
A key aspiration for both The Red Sea and Amaala is achieving a 30 percent net conservation benefit by 2040 through the protection and enhancement of key habitats crucial to biodiversity. We regularly conduct environmental surveys of wildlife ecosystems to track impacts and improvements, to optimize our approach and ensure we reach our regenerative goals. We are not just setting ambitious targets, but actively measuring our progress against them.
We are inspired by the power of technological innovation to drive sustainable development at a never-before-seen scale. We are not afraid to draw on experimental and new solutions to solve the complex challenges we face.
The Red Sea and Amaala will be run with 100 percent renewable energy 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, all of which will be generated by solar power and underpinned by the largest battery storage facility in the world to guarantee supply at night-time.
Corallium
was established in 2018 as a closed joint stock company wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF) of Saudi Arabia to drive the development of The Red Sea Project, a regenerative tourism destination along Saudi Arabia’s west coast, and one of three giga-projects announced by HRH Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud in 2017.
Governance
Our world-class governance framework is the glue that holds our ambitions together, combining rigor and transparency to ensure our people and partners can have complete confidence in our work.
Red Sea Global takes a comprehensive approach to setting new standards in good governance, compliance, and risk management. We have embedded a holistic approach to structural governance into the business at every level, from construction through to hospitality operations.
Our aspiration to raise standards of accountability far and wide was the driver behind our Internal Control Toolkit, a guide to best practice in governance for other organizations in Saudi Arabia.
All responsible development starts from within. We are proud of what our commitments to good governance have achieved for us to date, and confident in their ability to set new global standards in the future.
