Phase One of AMAALA will feature Marina Village, including key attractions such as Corallium, the Marine Life Institute; AMAALA Yacht Club; and more.

Total Area: 4,155 km²

Located within the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Royal Reserve, AMAALA encompasses a vast area that includes 68 km of pristine coastline.

Environmental Commitment: 30% Net Conservation Benefit

AMAALA aims to deliver a 30% net conservation benefit to local ecosystems by 2040, focusing on enhancing its marine and land ecosystems and habitats such as mangroves, seagrasses, coral reef systems, and more.

Visitor Capacity: Limited to 500,000 Annually

As part of its commitment to nature, AMAALA will accommodate no more than 500,000 visitors annually.

Energy: 100% Renewable

The entire destination will be powered by 100% renewable energy, ensuring a zero-carbon footprint once fully operational.

Phase One Resorts: 8 Resorts

Phase One includes eight resorts, offering over 1,200 hotel keys and 200 residential units, setting a new standard in luxury and wellness tourism.

Full Completion: 29 Hotels

Upon full completion, AMAALA will host 29 hotels with over 3,800 rooms, alongside 1,200 luxury residences, high-end retail, fine dining, wellness, and recreational facilities.

Economic Impact: SAR 11 Billion Contribution

AMAALA is expected to contribute SAR 11 billion (USD 3 billion) to Saudi Arabia’s GDP and create up to 50,000 jobs, supporting Vision 2030’s economic diversification goals.

AMAALA's first development phase

AMAALA’s first phase of development, Triple Bay, is set for completion in 2024 and will consist of six hotels and over 1,000 hotel keys. When fully complete in 2027, it will offer approximately 3,000 hotel rooms in around 25 hotels as well as 200 high-end retail establishments, fine dining, wellness, and recreational facilities, set across three unique communities.
